Email support@rapvio.com. For account, billing, or a specific generation, a signed-in support ticket is faster because credits and files are tied to that login.
Include the email on the account, what you were making (lyrics, song, or clip), and the chat link if you have it.
Open a ticket
- Sign in if you are not already.
- Open Support tickets and create a new ticket.
On the homepage, the life-ring button in the corner opens the same form after you sign in.
What to write
- Billing, credits, or a charge that does not match Pricing.
- A generation that failed, stalled, or refunded incorrectly.
- A question about the content policy, privacy, or terms.
Do not send someone else's photos or a request to mock a living person. Those are refused under the content policy.
Before you write
Many product questions are already answered on the FAQ and in How to make an AI rap video. Sign-in is required to generate; lyrics usually take about a minute, and the song and optional 15-second clip each take a few minutes.
